We proudly ship to virtually any address within Australia, providing professional and reliable service to our customers nationwide. We aim to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, while keeping you informed at every stage.
🔄 Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
If your order includes pre-order or back-order items, we will provide an estimated shipping and delivery timeframe based on product availability and your selected shipping method.
-In-stock items are shipped immediately.
-Pre-order or back-order items are shipped separately as soon as they become available.
If you receive only part of your order, there is no need to worry — the remaining items will arrive shortly in a separate shipment.
🚚 Order Processing
-All orders are processed within 72 hours (Mon–Fri).
-Orders placed after 12:00 pm Sydney time (AEST/AEDT) are processed on the next business day.
-Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
🌍 Shipping Coverage
-We ship Australia-wide, including both metropolitan and regional areas.
-We also offer international shipping to selected countries. Please contact us for availability and rates.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times
-Most Australian orders are delivered within 7–12 business days.
-Guaranteed maximum delivery time: 20 business days after dispatch (excluding the processing time of up to 72 business hours).
-Tracking updates: It is normal for tracking to show limited or no movement during the first 10 business days (e.g., while in international transit or awaiting local scans). This does not mean your parcel is lost.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier performance, customs processing, public holidays, or seasonal demand. If your parcel has not arrived after the guaranteed delivery period, please contact us — we’ll assist you immediately according to our Return & Refund Policy.

🚛 Carriers We Use
We partner with trusted logistics providers including Australia Post, Sendle, and other reputable couriers to ensure fast and safe delivery of your orders.
📦 Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
-Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to monitor your parcel via the courier’s website.
-If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available, the parcel may be left at a local post office or collection point. Please collect it promptly.
-Uncollected parcels, refused deliveries, or parcels returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses are treated as customer-caused returns (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).
🔎 Lost Parcels & Investigations
-If your tracking shows no update for more than 12 business days, please contact us so we can open a carrier investigation.
-Carrier investigations are required before a refund or replacement can be issued, and may take additional time to complete.
-A refund or reshipment will only be provided once the carrier officially confirms the parcel is lost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as customs inspections, strikes, severe weather, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. We will, however, do our best to assist and keep you updated.
