Accepted Payment Methods

Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. Please review this information carefully. If you notice any discrepancies, contact us immediately at bydream.com.au@gmail.com.

Currency
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. If you're shopping from outside Australia, your bank may apply currency conversion and additional fees — please check with your provider.

Secure Transactions
All transactions on our store are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Your payment information is securely processed and is never stored on our servers.

Billing Issues
If you experience any payment issues — such as double charges, failed transactions, or unauthorised charges — please notify us within 7 days of the transaction for resolution.

Invoices
A digital invoice is issued with every order and sent to your registered email address. If you require a tax invoice or business invoice, please contact us with your ABN or relevant business details.

Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your billing information or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to stop the fulfillment process.
